The apartment is newly renovated with the most expensive materials from Italy. This residence is very close to Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt and Maximilian street. Isar River is only on block away. All the best and trendy restaurants are in this part of the city. It’s very expensive and prestigious part of Munich.

This small, fine apartment is located in Munich's residential quarter Altstadt-Lehel, a 5-minute walk from the English Garden and Odeonsplatz. The location is perfect to explore the city and some pleasant alone time for couples. The quiet 1 room apartment is like a hotel room (minibar, coffee maker, bathroom) with separate entrance and is located in a backyard.
