Unser kleine Wohnanlage mit drei Einheiten und eigener Terrasse hat 1000qm Grundstück und einen direkten Zugang zum Golfplatz.

Die zweite Wohnebene bietet Ihnen einen großen offenen Raum mit einem bequemen Wohnbereich mit TV auf der linken Raumhälfte sowie einen gemütlichen Schlafbereich auf der rechten Raumhälfte. Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.
