In 20km you are at the Steinhuder Meer and in 25km you are in Hanover. It is your own room with 2 beds, 1 armchair, 1 table with 2 chairs. The shared hallway leads to your own small micro kitchen, only 2m² but almost everything is there,. You can reach your own small shower room via the hallway we used and down a flight of stairs.
