“We were very well received at Ethel's. After some indications and recommendations of things to do in London we were able to empty our suitcases in the wardrobe and the order which furnish the room. Very good geographical location, a few minutes walk from the Nothern Line, quickly connecting us to the city center of London. We also tested 2 addresses where to taste great typically English breakfasts, both close to the apartment: The Spoke and Battenberg Badger Thank you for this warm welcome :)”
A very spacious, well-lit 2 bedroom flat in the upscale Carronade Court in London, at moments walk from Holloway Road Tube station (Picadilly/ Blue line of London tube), near Arsenal football stadium. You will have two double bedrooms, and a modern living room, well decorated interiors in a concierge protected living space in heart of London. Ideal for ventures into Angel/Kings Cross and Shoreditch areas. Direct connection to Heathrow Airport on Piccadilly Line for visitors to London.
“The location of this place is perfect for a stay in London. The tube station is a 2 minute walk away. And riding into the city on the tube never took more than 30 minutes to get anywhere we wanted in the city. We also felt safe walking to and from the tube at night. The hosts give very very detailed instructions on how to get into the apartment which were extremely helpful so we did not have any trouble. The apartment is really nice and good size for 4 people. The only downfall is the hosts were very strict on check in and check out times so you have to carry around your luggage if you arrive earlier than check in or after check out no exceptions. Overall, I would recommend staying here for sure.”
The room is compact, cosy, clean & tidy but it's not enormous. We are interested in meeting nice guests so we charge reasonably. We are in a great location for many places with a tube close by. London is huge so please check it's where you want to be before you book. If you are traveling with lots of luggage, we have another room where you can store it. There is an empty wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage in the room. Extras supplied inc water, sweets, eye mask, earplugs, sewing kit etc
“Always positive and brave rice and clean and nice rice. After almost a month, 7 musicals, 3 soccer tours, 2 nights and 2 excursions without any difficulty ... Her words always come to mind.'No problem ' She was always there like her older sister. Of course, I myself tried to respect and consider their culture. The clean and neat rooms and the Holloway Station are Piccadilly Lines, so access to the tourist area is very good. And it's good that Tottenham Stadium is close (Arsenal Stadium is closer). It's my first long trip. It was scary and there were a lot of fun and difficult things, but it was so good that I was able to grow a little more with this trip, and now I seem to have no hesitation when challenging something. So I want to say "Thank you" to the women who helped. This is a tip for the viewer. 1. If you take the Piccadilly Line Cockposter from Heathrow Airport, it will take you to one room even if it takes time. I'm Heathrow Express (I bought it, but I don't use it because I have to change 3 times at Paddington Station) 2. London weather is changing. A waterproof windscreen with a hat is useful. 3. When you go to museums, galleries, or performances, go get a little cool! Treatment is different. 4. Food prices are expensive, but food prices are 1 in 3 in Seoul. Making and eating saves a lot of money. 5. It is rush hour before 10 am and from 4 pm to 6:30 pm. Public transportation must be avoided during this time 6. Performances and soccer are cheap if you book in advance, and Tottenham is the cheapest to join as a member. 7. thank you .. excuse me . I'm sorry. You're very welcome. You should use these words often. 8. If you don't care about others and don't want to save money, stay at the hotel. But if you want to feel British culture, I recommend it. Always be considerate and respectful of others, and you will respect and care for them.”
