Completely newly renovated & furnished 22 sqm/1 room apartment. There is a private entrance to the basement apartment. The ceiling height is about 195 cm. There is also a small kitchen, with ceramic stovetop, a sink and a fridge/freezer. The kitchen is fully equipped. A separate toilet with sink and hair dryer is also part of the apartment, as well as a shower. A TV, chests of drawers, dining table with 2 chairs. A large double bed is also included. The small construction trailer oasis is really small and charming-rustic, but offers everything you need in the smallest space with a terrace and above all: peace and nature. 30 km from Bremen, 3.5 km from Oldenbüttel train station and 3.5 km from Hambergen (various shopping opportunities), this mini oasis is located on the edge of a small weekend house settlement. It looks far away, but it's not at all thanks to good connections and some nice neighbors.

In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.
