With a lot of attention to detail, this apartment was built in an old, listed Gulfhof. Here you will stay in the middle of nature very close to the East Frisia hiking trail. The old town to Leer is only 6 km away. On the terrace with a south-facing orientation and views of the graft and natural pastures, you can forget about everyday life and relax. The apartment has a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m). In the living room with open kitchen there is a sleeping couch with a width of 1.40 m. A TV with DVD player is also provided. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, stove with oven,toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. If necessary, two bicycles (28 "men's and women's bike) are available free of charge for the time of stay by arrangement. For your own e-bikes, there is a storage/ charging option in a lockable barn.

River view & East Frisian dyke sheep

Discover an exceptional tranquility and warmth in the clay-crafted dyke sheep house of the dyke bunny farm. Here you can watch the sheep on the dike from the kitchen table and enjoy the calming course of the Jümme from the bed. On cold days, a small fireplace warms you, in addition to the underfloor heating. Two large patio doors open the space and the view into the vast expanse of Hammrich. Due to the orientation of the house, you are completely on your own despite the proximity to the main building.

The city of Leer is also called the "Gateway to East Frisia" and has about 35,000 inhabitants. There are numerous leisure, recreational and adventure opportunities. There is a pedestrian zone, a harbor and a beautiful old town. It is only 50 meters to the East Frisian hiking trail. There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed. We shall supply a travel cot on request. Included in the price are bed linens, towels and cleaning supplies. Amenities: hair dryer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.

Der Zirkuswagen steht im hinteren Teil des Gartens, gelegen am wunderschönen Naturschutzgebiet "Veenhuser Königsmoor" und an der "Deutschen Fehnroute". Der Wagen ist gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet. Sie finden im Wagen ein Doppelhochbett, eine Kochzeile sowie zwei gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen. Ein seperates Badezimmer befindet sich im Haupthaus. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei idyllische Seen zum Schwimmen. Ideal für Radreisende und Naturliebhaber.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

Light-flooded terraced house "Thea"

The "Thea" townhouse impresses with cozy retreat corners, such as the sleeping area with a view of the sky, the light-flooded reading & relaxation room with a small yoga & meditation corner or the outdoor bed. Dogs are welcome, and there is a fenced garden, a cuddly cave and bowls for them. I myself loved living here and enjoying all weather conditions from the sleeping area, listening to the birds in the outdoor bed or reading on the sofa with a tea.

Gut Winkel, an oasis of well-being in Ammerland

The apartment was completed in May 2022 and is located on the 1st floor on Gut Winkel, the oldest existing farm (1746) in the municipality of Apen. It is very high-quality and lovingly equipped and can accommodate 2 people on about 75 square meters. Garden use is of course allowed. We live here together with our dogs, cats and horses and are happy to welcome you to this idyll. The farm has a very special soul that needs to be discovered.

Pretty private one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette in a pretty look awaits dear guests! The apartment is located in a detached house . PAPENBURG is about 6 km away. Beautifully quiet location. Magnificent view of untouched nature, orchard meadow. You can relax there. Nearby is the Altenkamp estate with various exhibitions and concerts. Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.

My place is close to Papenburg (Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Since negative reviews are always left regarding the location. The property is located BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping is ample in the village. Nearby is the amusement park at Emsdeich, where you can swim in the summer. My place is great for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Many things are within walking distance. Just minutes to downtown and yet wonderfully located at the so-called "Julianenpark." Central yet in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Many shopping facilities can be reached quickly.
