The site is shaded with large oak & magnolia trees, perfect for having privacy to enjoy the outdoors. We provide a fire pit, table & chairs, & a large area mat for outside. The property has a screened lanai room, large BBQ patio, screened boathouse with a cleaning station on the dock with sink, ICE MACHINE, and open patio. Huge boat tie-up area. Truly a fisherman's paradise. You can fish right off the dock. Close to everything!!!! BOATLIFT IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR GUESTS.

The Banyon House 2br 2Ba w/Gulf access + Kayaks

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. Access the Gulf of Mexico and Homosassa Springs. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $50 additional pet fee per stay.
