Recently updated two bedroom oceanfront condo unit which features a full glass wall to enjoy the beach view, electric fireplace with 65" tv. Relax in the large outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs or the indoor pool. There is convenience store, arcade, gym and outdoor lounging area. Sand Dunes is one of the only resorts in the area with multiple restaurants. The hotel waterpark is not included for guests. However, Myrtle Waves waterpark is right down the street and is reasonably priced.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 2 master bedrooms with private upscale showers newly installed. 1 king 1 queen beds and mattresses are new as well as the queen memory foam sleeper sofa downstairs. Completely renovated and decorated in 2022. Outdoor patio area is peaceful. Beach is a block away as well as mini-golf, restaurants, and beach stores. Family Kingdom less than a mile, the Boardwalk/Skywheel less than 2, and Broadway at the Beach 4 miles.
