Waterfront Paradise is the perfect destination for a cozy, peaceful, and romantic getaway! This one bedroom, beautifully updated luxury condo located right on the waters of Lake Hamilton offers breathtaking sunset views from the large deck. The condo is located both lakeside and poolside, with a private gated boat ramp, water's edge boardwalk, fishing, and tennis court just steps away. Oaklawn Racing Casino, Garvan Gardens, Magic Springs, and historic downtown Hot Springs are just minutes away.

Take a stroll along the lakefront property of the complex on the boardwalk or in the quiet neighborhood to enjoy peaceful surroundings. Sit on the back porch and watch the waterfowl play in the small cove directly in front of the condo. If you have a watchful and patient eye, you can see the bald eagles that visit our end of the lake as well. We are less than 20 minutes from downtown Hot Springs with many entertainment options and restaurants plus don't forget Oaklawn Racing and Casino nearby.

Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

Take a small walk or a short drive to the gated community park where you can enjoy swimming, fishing, grilling, sunsets or launch a boat! This quiet 1 bedroom with king bed, 1 bath home is like living in the trees. Enjoy partial lake views while making dinner or enjoying a meal on the deck. This is the perfect lake getaway. No smoking.

Cozy 2-Bedroom Lake Cottage with Hot Tub/Deck

Newly renovated, cozy space that sleeps a whole family or group (up to 7). Relax in the large hot tub on the brand-new wrap-around deck or on the screened-in porch with a view of Lake Hamilton, or in front of the indoor stone fireplace. Swim in the lake from the public dock down the street. Or take a 1-minute drive around the corner to the gorgeous Garvan Woodland Gardens. Includes an outdoor firepit, charcoal grill, lawn games, and more! 15 minutes from the main downtown strip and Oaklawn.

The Treehouse is a quiet and peaceful retreat.

Tropical Treehouse set in a ten acre Jungle Garden with a canal lagoon. Private mature forest park of 250 acres and five miles of nature trails. There are four lakes and the Treehouse overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The house is 35 feet in the air accessible by stairs but with a cargo lift for luggage and groceries. The bath is tile with heated floor and tile shower. There is a bidet, washer/dryer in the full bath. The kitchen is modern. There are 3 porches. Master bed and two loft bunks.

SMITH LAKEFRONT CABIN PETS WELCOME(small fee)

Lakefront Cabin is ONLY 30ft. from the seawall, has a pedal boat to use if desired, EV Charger, level 2 available, bring life jackets (lake lowered 5 ft. this winter, can’t use pedal boat or fish). Cabin has 2 bedrooms with kings, 2 baths (one tub/shower and other walk in shower), washer, dryer, fully equipped kitchen, 2 electric fireplaces, firepit outside, picnic table, patio table, charcoal grill and a swing close to seawall. Have many return guests that call cabin "A LITTLE PARADISE”.

Bayou Lake House on Lake Hamilton

Come play on the lake or just relax and enjoy the view with a beautiful sunset in this spacious Lake Hamilton home. The house is conveniently located to everything Hot Springs has to offer. Shopping, dining, Oaklawn Racing, and historic downtown are all less than 10 minutes away. This three-bedroom home is fully furnished and has all the amenities. We don’t charge extra if you bring your pet, but we ask that you only bring up to two pets. Please note that parties/events are not allowed.
