There is a fully equipped kitchen & washroom, washer & dryer, private decks, office desk, FIBRE opt internet,Bell TV, & PLAYGROUND. The loft has two twin beds,one queen bed, and Bell TV. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed. Pack & Play, books, & toys for the litte guests. Loft not suitable for small children without supervision.

This Beautiful waterfront property is perfect for a nice relaxing stay. It is located only 40 minutes from Gros Morne National Park, and only 20 minutes from Marble Mountain ski resort. This property is located on the Humber River with a shared backyard perfect for summer campfires and for winter snowmobiling. Hit the NL groomed trails in just 5 mins from our backyard! We are only a 7 minute drive from the airport with a grocery/convenience store within walking distance of the property.

This cozy, quiet and clean one bedroom suite features easy highway access and is minutes from the Deer Lake airport, making it ideal for those early morning flights. Centrally located, it is close to the beach as well as many of Deer Lake's amenities, including restaurants, stores, recreation center and many of the walking & recreational vehicle trails. It is a 8 minute drive to the Deer Lake Airport, a short 24 minute drive to the entrance of Gros Morne National Park, and a 25 minute drive to Marble Mountain Ski Resort/Ziplining. The Spud Suites is also located on the Newfoundland Groomed Trail System. There is direct access to the the trail for snowmobiles and ATVs. Parking available for both.
