Stayed for on site wedding. Room was nice and clean and staff was helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

five stars for uniqueness and charm. We have friends in the area and have had a hard time finding pet friendly accommodations. I was a little hesitant because I didn't know the area and it seemed like a small older place. It is both. after reading the reviews I thought I'd give it a try and I'm really glad we did It was very clean. very well thought out charming and the best part was the kitchen and restaurant and bar. A small local place with fantastic entertainment. We didn't have to leave the property. just an easy walk downstairs to really unique, delicious food and wonderful entertainment. The girls that work there, Tam and Carly really know what they're doing. they are hard-working and professional and they make a great hot toddy. We will stay there again the next time we visit our friends. It was just very easy and comfortable.

Location is perfect. Room was clean and staff on site was very friendly. The parking is valet and there is a fee for that. This hotel room is kinda old tho, the sink in the bathroom is always clogged. The A/C is either super hot or super cold.

Perfect spot for 4 friends on a weekend trip to NYC

Amazing amazing amazing! I loved everything about the hotel. The rooms were big, spacious, clean, comfortable, the balcony was a plus and the restaurant near the main lobby had a great bartender; that made our drinks extra good! Also, parking was fairly easy to find and the hotel location was perfectly located close to Manhattan! I would recommend just double checking and confirming the room type you are booking, since there are many different options and room styles! I would stay here over & over again 🌸!

The room was giant, the bed was comfy and everyone was very helpful!

Surfer review- Lots of great surf zones with very kind local surfers. If you respect the line up you will be happily welcomed by most. Bare wires surf shop is rents multiple brands, shapes, and sizes of hard boards and soft tops. it's $10 cheaper than the one down the road from the hotel and much more "core". Perfect budget hotel. Very welcoming. Bars close by. Front porch is a great spot to have a drink and unwind. No bar on site but this is a great spot for respectful adults who like to have a few drinks, feel safe, and get to bed. Highly recommend.

I almost wish i hadn't seen the photos - the Flophouse is unique, quirky and beautiful. René was very thorough and responsive and his friend who looked after the place in his absence was lovely. This was a wonderful place to come home to because it felt like home, not a sterile hotel room. Thank you René and Felipe

Arlo is most definitely one of my top 5 favorite hotels! I really love the rustic look the hotel has and the scent all around the location! this is definitely a great place to stay not far from anything you need to reach. It's not my first time staying at this location nor will it be the last time.

I wanted to stay close to time square but had to deal with the bus and the train two ways . If you need something close to time square and want to adventure is ok but since I’m not use to the public transportation and I’m from the suburbs the location wasn’t good for my family . But the hotel is great if you have kids they can enjoy the pool and if you’re not planing to go out you can go to eat American food and enjoy the inside gym . I don’t recommend drive to time square since there is hard to find parking . Also look for the towns close to New York there are 15 one of them is union city west New York . Be safe

Central to all of the attractions! It was very easy to walk to Times Square, Broadway, nearby restaurants. Parking was convenient. Clean rooms, beautiful decor, loved the pool, the restaurants were amazing and the rooftop was incredible at night! Will be staying again :)

Beautiful space as always! I always use this space when i go to sojo spa down the street. Another space to go to & zen! Awesome restaurant across street (Madison Cafe & Grill) amazing food.

Great hotel right off of Times Square. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Chef Step was a great host! He was incredibly accommodating and super kind. I ended up getting food poisoning and he made me tea and got me some medicine which was very much appreciated. The first morning that we were there, he even cooked for us - chicken and waffles 10/10. I would 1000% stay with Chef Step next time I am in NYC.

Great place to stay. Walkable to most everything in Warwick. Lots of room to spread out and the bathroom was quite large. You have to walk through the front of the restaurant to reach the loft and the restaurant staff was always very welcoming upon our return. We had a slight hiccup at check-in, but Gabriela was extremely responsive. Definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria’s place — it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to get to other areas of Brooklyn, by train or citibike. She was very responsive and we appreciated the flexibility with check-in and check-out due to our travel schedule. The bedroom faces the street so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper, but we were fine for the most part. And, of course, Sana the cat was so friendly and certainly added to the stay!

We stayed as a family of 4. It was easy to get in and out of Manhattan on the subway and easy to find good places to eat nearby. Would stay again!
