This unique spot at the water & beach is located in the middle of The Netherlands, 30 minutes from Amsterdam/Utrecht/Amerfoort, is an amazing get-away from your daily hectic life! Chilling at the beach or garden, going to the woods or Dutch 'Heide', visit pittoresk villages in the area. A lot of nice restaurants, walking & biking routes. You can even rent a boot nearby. This all will be part of your holidays. Also Amsterdam/Utrecht/Amersfoort are easy to reach by car and via public transport.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Spacious and cozy house with fireplace

The Atelier in Eemnes is a nice detached cottage on our property. The house has a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a large double bed and a spacious walk-in shower. The cottage is located on the Eempolder, a nature reserve where many birds can be found. The Gooische heath and forests are within cycling distance. The cozy villages of Eemnes, Laren and Blaricum are also easily accessible by bicycle. Longer stays are also possible, just send a message for availability
