In a former stable, we have realized a studio with living/sleeping space, kitchen with combi-oven, induction hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, all necessary kitchen materials and a bathroom with toilet, rain shower and vanity unit. 10 minutes from Valkenburg and Gulpen and 15 minutes from Maastricht, this studio is still quite central but quietly located. The cozy living room is ideal for relaxing and watching TV. The kitchenette is small but very fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The bedroom exudes peace and comfort, with a luxurious box spring for a good night's sleep. Thanks to the soft lighting and a practical desk, it's also a great place to read or work. The bathroom is spacious, and equipped with a sink, shower and washing machine and dryer. Please note: apartment is on 2nd floor, 2 stairs. No balcony or outdoor space.

Renovated farmhouse with barn from 1901, formerly known as the "Kleine Pastory". The name of the B&B "in het Land van Kalk" refers to the various lime kilns in the area. An old Kundersteen quarry from bygone times, is 200 meters from our B&B. Voerendaal is the gateway to the Limburg hills. The walks are beautiful. For cyclists, the routes are a Walhalla. The Amstel Gold Race and Limburgs Mooiste are two of the most famous cycling races that pass by our backyard.

The VakwerkLoft is an old renovated cowshed, this wonderfully luxurious holiday home is very spacious, with sauna, cozy kitchen, wood stove and large Boretti stove with double oven. Furthermore, a private terrace, a spacious, shared sunbathing lawn with panoramic views, jeu-de-boules court, cheerful goats and chickens and from the Vakwerkloft you can walk into nature... You will find the Vakwerkloft on a country road just 3 km from the center of Valkenburg!

The interior walls are plastered with clay plaster, the floor is laid with plank boards. The apartment is located in a quiet side street. Public transport (bus and train) is very close. A regular connection to Aachen, Herzogenrath or the Netherlands can be reached in a 10-15 minute walk.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)
