Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Huron County

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family of 7. It was clean and comfortable. The backyard is big and gorgeous. The house is very close to the lake, and the grocery store as well. Although, the beaches in Bayfield were tiny, and do not suit big groups. (We had to drive for about 20 min to go to a better beach.) We also had an amazing service and everytime we needed to communicate with Jennifer, she was always there to answer us. Bayfield is a beautiful little town and the lake is just majestic. Worth the 10h drive from Quebec City.

The place was perfect for my family (7 adults, 1 toddler, 2 dogs). The host was very understanding of our needs and was able to facilitate early check in and late check out to accomodate my nephew's nap time. Very family friendly atmosphere. My nephew had a blast playing with the beach toys the host shared for guests to use. Beach was a 10min walk, perfect for early morning strolls. There was a grill and a fire pit in the back where we all gathered. Overall great stay. My family is planning to make this an annual event thanks to our wonderful experience in this lovely cottage.

It is a great house, very well kept. Morgan is a great host, extremely flexible with the checkin n checkout times. We would love to go back.

Jason’s place is a great spot to relax just 5 minutes from Bayfield. It was clean and newly renovated. The beds are very comfortable. Lots of outdoor seating for when the weather clears. A lovely view of the lake as well.

Amazing location. Very fun games room in the basement. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs with one kitchen so it's very convenient. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and multiple couches to sleep on if needed. This would be a great place for a few families to relax! Always something to do. We had fun! Thank you!

I really appreciated that it was pet friendly for my toy poodle!

Logan got back to us right away when we were looking for a place to stay that was very important to us As some BnB don’t respond quickly and having you wonder all day if you have a comfortable Room highly recommend and the stars were nice to see in the early morning and at night

Good value for the money. Clean and comfortable inside, air conditioned, large and bright kitchen/dining/livingroom space. Outdoor firepit, pool. A few minutes outside of Bayfield. Our unit was upstairs which I didn’t realize until we got there. Deck area was a little rough on our side of the building. Would definitely stay there again.

We just enjoyed a long weekend at this fabulous cottage. From arrival to soothing music, it was beautifully clean and bright and fresh. All beds and linens were fresh and abundant. The back yard was perfect for a large family. We enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. Sadly the pool was closed up. My only recommendation is to enhance the kitchen with more serving platters, salad bowls and dishes. And supply more wine glasses. Such a lovely spot for entertaining! Thank you Jennifer.

We had a lovely stay here. Very clean, well-organized and comfortable little suite. Also being close to bayfield and grand bend, gives you opportunity to enjoy beach on warmer months of the year. Little pool also was lovely.

We had a nice stay at Logan's airbnb with little ones, who had a great time. We arrived quite late on arrival (our fault) and finding the place in the dark was a little hard, but we were welcomed and helped to our rental, which was lucky and helpful. This was a tidy place to stay, and as it happened, very quiet, even though it's close to a main road and backing onto a campground. There were a few flies that zoomed in as we had some trouble with the door the first night and then didn't find the flyswatter until the last day but all was well. The kitchen has a great big fridge and plenty of dishes. There is a nice deck outside on which to have your morning coffee. The beds were comfortable, the shower was lovely, large and had great water pressure. If you stepped outside at night, you had a great view of the stars. Instructions from Logan on checkout are not onerous and he was extremely responsive to our queries. This was a great deal and convenient for our needs.

We had a great stay. The host was responsive and helpful for checkin and out. We had a great time and it was close to a lot of the hiking trails, beaches and beautiful sights.

Roma is a great host, and is quick on responding and suggesting things to explore near by. Great amenities/games (indoor) for kids to keep them engaged.

Our family had a great time in the A frame cabin. It was clean and comfortable and the wood stove kept us oh so cozy on a rainy weekend. Our 2 young boys (and dog) loved exploring the trails, feeding the ducks in the pond and of course roasting marshmellows over the fire. This place is a gem and the perfect place for some R&R!

The cottage was everything I'd hoped for -- cozy, serene, tidy, thoughtfully decorated with the guest in mind, and best of all just a 5-min walk to the beach. I aimed to relax and recharge during the holidays and that's exactly what I got. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all my queries. If I decide to getaway at Grand Bend again I've found my go-to place to stay.

Mine was a last minute reservation and Sally’s Place went over and above to make it work for us. The cleaner did a fantastic job and the food provided for breakfast was perfect for my group.

Spent three days and two nights at this super cute and cozy newer built lake house. The house is a little out of the main town (but only about 5-7 minute drive back into town) in it's own private little neighborhood close to the lake. The path across the street that leads to a nice grassy area to sit and enjoy the lake was great! You couldn't walk to the lake itself from there (too steep), but you probably just want to go into town to the sandy beaches anyway. Fall was a good time to visit as the leaves were beautifully changing colors. The house was super clean, well furnished, and I'd seriously decorate it almost exactly like they did if I had a lake house. My 9 and 12 year old kids enjoyed it as well. We may never come back to Goderich again, (this was sort of a once in a generation trip back to where my dad was born but hadn't been back in over 50 years), but if by chance we do, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Just wish we had a little more time there! Thanks!

We absolutely adored Dalton’s place. It’s so cute and nicely decorated. They thought of everything. The stairs to the beach are endless but a great workout:). Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it
