Welcome to our bright and welcoming apartment in pleasant surroundings. The apartment has a brand new bathroom and a modern new kitchen with integrated appliances and an induction hob. The home has three bedrooms, a loft and a small living room. The heating consists of a heat pump in the living room and underfloor heating in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom. If there are more than 4 people, it must be taken into account that someone will have to sleep in the loft. Close to an 18-hole golf course and all the other beautiful attractions that beautiful Innherred has to offer: Stiklestad (10 km), the Golden Ring Route in the neighboring municipality of Inderøy, and many different local food traditions. Newly renovated main building in a farmhouse, secluded on the property, offering a wonderful view of Verdal and the Trondheim Fjord. It's perfect for two, and with the guest bed, there's room for one more. There are horses on the farm that can be seen from the house. We enjoyed our stay here with the whole family; no traffic passing by the house. If you would like accommodation for more than three people, it is possible to rent an additional studio. Both two and four-legged are welcome. Possibilities for bonfire with a lovely view. Short distance to Stiklestad, Verdal, Steinkjer and "The Golden Detour" in Inderøy. Good hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, in addition to Volhaugen and Båbufjellet. Possible to use the barbecue hut in the woods by the farm. Golf opportunities in Steinkjer and Verdal.

You live centrally, not far from the store and people, but still completely for yourself. Lovely bathroom with shower and hot water. Private wood-fired sauna in a house nearby. The atmosphere can only be good.
