Experience a truly exclusive oceanfront experience. Our Front Row house has unobstructed views, located a few steps from several sandy coves with crystal clear waters. Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

Beautiful terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast and dinner while watching the lighthouse of Porto Faro and the boats sailing towards La Maddalena. Get out of the house and you're right on the beach. For the months of JUL and AUG, a reservation is required for at least 2 consecutive weeks. The house is equipped with air conditioning, washing machine, private covered parking. The apartment is on the second and top floor of a small building of only 6 units. The entrance gives access to the living area/open kitchen with sofa bed. Bedroom with terrace equipped with double bed and foldaway bunk bed.
