Unten ist ein offener Bereich, indem sich die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, inklusive Gästebett befinden. Das Bad mit Dusche ist im Nebenraum. Ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett (1,40m) ist in einem separatem Zimmer. Über eine Leiter erreicht man den Dachboden, der ebenfalls als Schlafraum genutzt werden kann. Die überdachte Terrasse, lädt zum Verweilen ein, sowie ein eingezäunter Außenbereich.

Ibbenbüren city center is 3 km away and within walking distance. A fully automatic coffee machine is also available. One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

Located on the ridge of Tecklenburg, the house with a spacious sun terrace and conservatory offers a magnificent view of the Münsterland. The heart of the house is a cozy tiled stove. After long hikes, a sauna invites you to relax.

Take a break and unwind in a scenic location. The apartment is well equipped, all at ground level, without steps. If necessary, a washing machine and dryer (for a fee) can be used. The property is in a quiet location close to nature. Many activities such as cycling, hiking, etc. are possible. Bicycles can be stored in the garage. A parking space can be used free of charge. Osnabrück, Ibbenbüren, Tecklenburg can be reached in about 10-15 minutes

Historic Farm House in Countryside

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.
