Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The former baker's shop became a charming "one-room apartment" in the heart of the village of Brochterbeck, very close to the festival town of Tecklenburg at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. The spacious 64 square meter apartment with parking and wallbox is located in a quiet residential street. It is a five-minute walk to downtown. You can quickly enter the hiking area Hermannsweg, Teutoburger Wald, Dörenther Klippen. Climbing forest, summer toboggan run, fairytale forest, the beach club on Lake Aasee with boule court and water playground are close. Osnabrück or Münster and the Netherlands can be reached in less than an hour by car or train. Wallbox for electric cars!

Relax in this lovingly restored half-timbered house from 1600. In summer, the terraces invite you to linger, in winter the fireplace in the living room. The cottage is centrally located in the half-timbered town of Tecklenburg, but due to the location in a side street it is very quiet. Clay plaster walls ensure a particularly pleasant indoor climate. The city center, the open-air stage, the outdoor pool and a beautiful hiking area on the Hermannsweg are within walking distance.

The Wersehaus with direct water access including canoe

Historic charm meets modern comfort – your home on the Werse The Wersehaus is a lovingly renovated holiday home in the heart of Handorf-Münster, right on the water. The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.

Stylishly furnished apartment in a quiet location. Perfect for hiking in the Teutoburg Forest, or for cozy evenings on the terrace, overlooking the small garden, which is completely fenced. Ibbenbüren city center is 3 km away and within walking distance. A fully automatic coffee machine is also available. One double bedroom is available, and the sofa can also be used as a sofa bed for another person. Direct parking is available right in front of the house.

The 2-room apartment, furnished with love, offers a spacious studio that opens onto the garden via a sunny terrace. Floor-to-ceiling glass surfaces ensure pleasant natural lighting. When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide. To the right, following the Aasee shore, out into nature, where the Aa becomes more and more pristine and leads out into the Aatal at the foot of the Teutoburg Forest. It is located in the immediate vicinity of the famous hiking trail "Hexenpfad" and is only a few minutes' walk from the picturesque old town of Tecklenburg. Located on the ridge of Tecklenburg, the house with a spacious sun terrace and conservatory offers a magnificent view of the Münsterland. The heart of the house is a cozy tiled stove. After long hikes, a sauna invites you to relax.

Our apartment is located directly on the beautiful Buchholz, a part of the Teutoburg Forest, which invites you to jog or walk. In the immediate vicinity is the marina yacht harbor (approx. 2 km), the special forest outdoor pool Recke (2 km), the sauna "Schwefelbad Steinbeck." The destinations Tecklenburg, the "Tödden" hiking trail, the Teuto-Schleifen, the fairy tale forest with summer toboggan run, the squatting woman are also easily reached by car.

Historic Farm House in Countryside

This type of house is known as " ein Heuerhaus'. It was built in 1883 and is one of the few remaining such houses in the area. We renovated it in the late1980's and it is recognised as a National Monument. The area we converted into the appartment for our guests, was originally used for storing the hay and straw for the animals winter fodder The house is surrounded by a large garden and uninterrupted view of the countryside.
