We are located in Skagafjörður's heart, about 10-12 minutes from Sauðárkrókur. We have a few horses, hens, and dogs on the farm. We have ten rooms, Gulluhús has five rooms with a shared bathroom, and then there's the old farmhouse, which has been converted into five large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A kitchen and dining room are shared by all guests. We don't have a reception, and any employees on-premises. Guests, on the other hand, can easily obtain assistance if they require it.

Our house was built in 1933 and our guest area, situated on our ground floor, is sympathetic to this period. The Blue room has a large double bed (with option of a travel cot or extra bed) a hair dryer, and hot drink facilities. The bathroom has a shower, and is shared between our two guest rooms. A continental breakfast is provided, and breakfast for special diets can be arranged. We are LGBTQ+ friendly, and happy to take in weary campers in need of a warm and comfortable bed!
