Svitlana è stata gentilissima, al nostro arriva ci ha spiegato con attenzione tutto e ci ha lasciato un piatto di pancake con una marmellata buonissima! L’alloggio facile da trovare, immerso nel silenzio e abbiamo anche visto l’aurora boreale. Grazie per tutto!

Le logement est spacieux, très bien équipé. Divers jeux sont disponibles pour les enfants et des jeux de société sont également prévus. Le logement est propre et agréable. Une prise électrique est également disponible pour ceux qui ont un véhicule électrique. Enfin la vue est magnifique depuis le salon, une vue immense sur la baie.

This was a beautiful house and location. We used it as more of a stopover on the way back across the south of the country, but I would have happily stayed here a few days and used it as a base, with a lot of the waterfalls and activities in the area. Gorgeous scenery all around and great for viewing aurora since it’s dark and remote. The house was comfortable, cozy, well supplied. The stairs to the loft are definitely steep, more like a ladder, in case that matters to you, but the upstairs is great with two bedrooms. He was very helpful in advance making sure to send exact directions and a google map for finding it. I hope we return to Iceland and would definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was very comfortable. This was the best equipped of all the kitchens and apartment in general of all the bnb’s we stayed at. Warm and cosy with the underfloor heating. Very easy to find just on the road 85. Highly recommend. Cute cheeky puppies too 🥰

Location was perfect for sightseeing near and far. The airbnb was very comfortable and warm with a well equipped kitchen. Trausti was a great host. I would highly recommend this place.

Malutki ale komfortowy domek, żeby zatrzymać się w podróży przez Islandię. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, malutka łazienka. Wygodne łóżko i kanapa. Dobry kontakt z gospodarzem. Dookoła konie i spokój. Polecamy :)

Dieses Haus hat uns vom ersten Moment an verzaubert . Was für eine tolle Lage und dieser Blick aufs Meer . Einfach nur toll ,wir hätten unsere Zeit auch gut am Esstisch verbringen können , bei der Aussicht aber dafür gibt es zu viel tolles zu sehen . Die Halbinsel war im April noch relativ leer , man fährt im Schnitt 20-40 Minuten und ist an den besten Plätzen der Natur. Diese Landschaft muss man erleben. Veronika war super zu erreichen, es hat alles geklappt . Ihre Islandponys sind immer auf den Koppeln beim Haus gewesen , man konnte sie toll erleben . Wenn man zum Strand geht , geht man über die Koppel , die Pferde waren ruhig , es war kein Problem . Das Auto parkt bequem neben dem Haus . Im Haus ist alles wie beschrieben , mit Herz eingerichtet , bequem und sauber . Rundum war alles bestens , wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden diesen Urlaub nie vergessen. Danke das wir hier wohnen durften.

Wonderful farmhouse with plenty of bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and great views. We loved the horse and sheep! Easy to find with instructions. Bathrooms are a little small but manageable. Very gracious host with clear communications. I would recommend this welcoming home.

Sigrún’s place was perfect for our family of 4. In a beautiful, private setting just outside of Selfoss, looks exactly like the photos. It is small but had everything we needed for our short stay. In addition, Sigrún was very responsive and had helpful tips for a comfortable stay.

We really enjoyed our stay… especially the geothermal pools which are just a quick drive uphill. The property was beautiful, peaceful, and just as described.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very relaxing with a beautiful view of the sea right from the dining table. We saw a few seals and lots of varieties of birds. Kolbrún was very accommodating, letting us come 2 hours before check in time. It was pouring rain where we were traveling from so not conducive to exploring in that kind of weather. We were very happy to get in where it was homey, dry and relaxing.

Sigurborg’s place is as neat, shiny and tidy as it gets. The living room has a high ceiling and a nice designer feel. The kitchen is well equipped, bathroom clean and bedrooms are inviting. The views of the surrounding open fields with the snow-covered mountains in the background are spectacular. A great place to set up camp to visit the nearby sights.

We loved the place, the location is a bit secluded but we enjoyed show peaceful and beautiful it was! All the amenities we needed were present, and more!

The host was very polite and responsive. The location was amazing. We found everything we expected and had a great time in the cottage.

We ended up at Inga's after having to reconfigure our travel plans due to bad road conditions in North Iceland and were very happy with our decision to stay there. Everything matches the descriptions and pictures and Inga gave us very easy to follow directions in regard to finding the house and checking in.

This place is awesome! A view to the horses from the airbnb was nice! Peaceful and quiet. My wife and sister and law booked the Lava Horses tour and they loved it! The tour guide (I believe her name was Laura) was very friendly and was awesome as a tour guide.

Absolutely gorgeous scenery in a secluded location outside of Borgarnes. The space was very nice, beds comfortable with an excellent bathroom. Kitchen was easy to use and the large living room was a great space for four adults. We didn't have time to visit the animals but Fjola did offer. Great place to embark for a drive around the Snaefellsnes Peninsula.

Our stay was wonderful! Property was very clean, very well stocked, and instructions were detailed and easy to follow. Hosts were responsive and easy to contact. Location was absolutely beautiful and the hot tub worked fantastic! Highly recommend this home!!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house! It had everything we needed, including multiple ways to make coffee, which was a delightful touch. The location was private and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly proactive and attentive. We had an issue with the lights one night, but Maria came by the next day while we were out and had it fixed by the time we returned. The house is also conveniently close to the Laugarvatn Fontana geothermal baths, which were a highlight of our trip. We wish we had more time to go back. Highly recommend this place!
