My family and I love the house, space and location. Rose gave us several tips on places and beaches. We use a car to reach the beaches. We went with the proposal to rest and stroll tbm. And the super house answered us! The condominium is quiet and very quiet: what we needed. The house is extremely organized and clean. The space of the steakhouse with a wooden table where we had family table time! A hammock on the balcony at the entrance of the 🏠 tbm was used a lot! The house met our objective: leisure and rest. I and my wife stayed in bungalow 1 of Tons da Mata. A fantastic, quiet and very beautiful place. The bungalow is comfortable, very well taken care and had everything for a great stay, in addition to a very good tasteful decor. The Denise space has a lot of green and a unique atmosphere that made us feel at home. Also, Denise was an over-attentive host and we were very welcome. The accommodation in the Tons da Mata bungalows guarantee wonderful days at Praia de Camburi, which is beautiful and very nice. You can walk to the beach and close to the bungalow there are plenty of great places to eat and drink. We'll be back for sure.

I and my family spent 2 nights at Michele's house at the carnival, we were in 9 adults and 3 children. Everything was perfect. It served us super well. The house is exactly as shown in the advertisement. We made a barbecue for dinner and we all stayed in the outdoor area, chatting and laughing. A very nice moment with the family. Michele always attentive to what we need, always being requests and willing to help.

We love our stay… the house is exactly like the listing, a simple and cozy house, very airy, with air in all the bedrooms, a safe condominium, very close to the beach, and the best is the flexibility of the checkin , I think it was one of the biggest differential, I intend to come back more times without a doubt …

Our stay was wonderful! The house is way better than the ad photos, super airy, wide and very tasty. Super equipped, kitchen with different appliances available. Pertissimo of the supermarket, which makes everyday life much easier. Extremely clean rooms, good quality bed and bathrooms and lots of smells!!! We chose to hire Amanda aside and it was great, a hand in the wheel and a sweetheart! Marcio was also very helpful and kind in all communication. The location and view of the beach is perfect, really foot in the sand! I highly recommend it!

I was with my family in Mr. Luiz Roberto's house and we love the experience, the house is wide, airy, all equipped, to receive the guests, not to mention the reception of Mr. Luiz who was very attentive and receptive and also the attention of Ronaldo the housekeeper who was very attentive and helpful! We stayed 4 days in São Sebastião and everything was wonderful! The house is super cozy, very well-equipped, it had everything we needed and a little more. You can see the care in every detail. Milce, which is the owner, was very attentive and helpful from the first contact, always willing to help with whatever it took. It was an incredible extended holiday, of those we return with the desire to repeat!

Perfect location! You can do everything on foot. Market, mall, restaurants all a few meters from the house, not to mention easy access to the beach. In addition, the condominium has a beach service, which makes it easy. The house is very well equipped and contains many amenities that met all our needs.

Nicolas was an excellent host, wonderful home, facing the sea, all well tidy, organized and clean. Good bed and bath linens, all utensils available, excellent maid, super polite, helpful and clean.

Very organized house, clean, comfortable mattresses, as well as the sheets, good showers. We were in 6 adults and 1 small child and we were very well accommodated. All as described on the listing. Eda was always polite and caring. We need to change some beach chairs that were beginning to tear and the housekeeper brought us new ones, without any problem. The house is in a very nice region, 5/6 minutes walk to the beach, with restaurant, bakery, supermarket, confectionery, all very close. It felt quite a safe place. Overall it was a very nice and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay at Eda's house again.

The house is excellent, very spacious, with all the utensils necessary for the stay. Highlight for the provision of bed and bath linens, which makes it much easier to travel. The house is a block from the beach, in the quietest corner of juquehy.

Great location, next to a bakery, very close to markets, pharmacies and the mall, you can do everything on foot, in front of the square with play for the children the beach is great, just cross the track to get there. Comfortable beds and spacious, clean bathrooms.

I stayed for the second time at the house with my family. Perfect location facing one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches. Near the hospital, supermarket and several restaurants that you can walk. The house was very clean, just like the first time. Best home to stay on the coast!
