Our land is 8 acres and is located in Bahçeköy, the previous village before arriving in Tekirdağ/Kıyıköy. There is 1 container and 1 house on the same land. It is a virgin place at the foot of the logos forests. There is a field, fruit trees, and a fire area inside the land. There is a stream through the land. It is 2 minutes by car and 20 minutes by foot to the village center. Around it again there are sparse houses of 5 to 8 acres of land. It's a small charcoal made up of photographer, painter, designers.

The land has a small trailer, lots of colorful flowers and an organic vegetable garden. The closest house is 400 meters away. This place is perfect to enjoy the sea, your family or friends without any interruptions. The only thing you might be bothered by are the bright stars at night.
