Vacation rentals in Ijevan

Very warm landlord, we all like her, we have prepared a delicious dinner for us, beef balls are so delicious. Give us a lot of advice, the location is very good, highly recommended.

The accommodation is equipped with all the comforts: impeccable cleanliness, perfect temperature, comfortable beds, bathroom and kitchen provided. The windows overlook the beautiful garden shared with the owners of the farm. Near the farm there is a convenience store and the village of Ijevan is just 8 minutes by taxi (very cheap, a trip costs 500 dram) and here you can find bars, banks, supermarkets. But what made the trip special was Nver's family, dad Mikayel, mom Marine, and brother Yura are wonderful people who welcomed me like a daughter and sister. We shared authentic and unforgettable moments, breakfasts together, walks, traditional dinners, chess games, and long chats. Getting to know them was a gift, more beautiful than I could hope for. Thanks a lot, we've been at this villa for a family reunion with people coming from 4 different countries. This calm and distant place surrounded with amazing mountains and caves was exactly what we needed to spend maximum time together. Hiking is just great. Lots of cutlery and dishes to cook delicious food to each other. A very nice big pool where kids spent half of the time, lots of recreation space, a huge garden with grapes and kiwi(!) growing there. The host was sooo helpful at any time of the day!

great place to spend some days in the nature

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!

During my recent stay, I had the pleasure of being hosted by Gagik, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Gagik was welcoming and incredibly helpful, always available to assist with any questions or concerns I had. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his guests and goes out of his way to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The apartment itself was wonderful—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated. It had everything I needed, from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy bedding and modern amenities. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still offering a peaceful environment to relax in. What truly set this experience apart, however, was Gagik’s hospitality. He made sure I had everything I needed, offering local recommendations, and even checking in to ensure I was comfortable during my stay.

Nice stay in a quiet and peaceful setting. Wish we could have stayed longer. Juletta and her family were very kind and helpful.
