We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. Vanuit hier kun je allerlei activiteiten ondernemen in Amsterdam en de rest van Nederland. De landelijke ligging maakt dat je hier volledig tot rust kan komen. Het is een groene oase vlakbij de stad, met verschillende idyllische dorpen en kleine steden eromheen. Op de boerderij is het een gezellige boel met de koeien, geiten, varkens, pony's ('s zomers vliegen:))

Met de bus van Muiden P+R ( 15 min lopen) of met de trein vanuit Weesp.

The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. From your room you have a wonderful view over the IJ, the historic waterfront from where 400 years ago ships set sail to Brooklyn NY, Capetown SA or Deshima Japan. There is a double bed for you and a separate couch to chill on. Outside there is a bench to enjoy your view even more! Very quiet at night, but only 15 bus minutes away from the centre! Breakfast is included and we don't charge cleaning cost.

De studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen, bij het winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants. Je loopt in 5 minuten naar openbaar vervoer: trein of tram en je staat binnen 20 minuten in het centrum van Amsterdam. De bus brengt je rechtstreeks in 20 minuten naar de Ziggo Dome, JC Arena en AFAS theater. De studio is van alle gemakken voorzien, een patio, eigen entree, een gratis privé parkeerplek. Met een badkamer, koffiecorner, koelkast, laptopkluis, tv, tweepersoons bed en Wifi.

It is ideal for resting after a long day walking in the city or on a business trip. Public transport is within walking distance, and the train takes 20 minutes to the central station. Please note that we have a quiet hour policy between 9:00 and 23:00. Smoking, using (soft) drugs, and unregistered visitors are strictly prohibited.

The apartment is situated in the trendy residential area called IJburg with a Marina and plenty cafes and restaurants nearby. It's well connected to Central Station by tram #26 (18 mins). The private room is well equipped. There is no 24/7 lobby, make sure that we agree on a check in time. All guests need to show a valid ID upon arrival. check in: 2PM / check out: 11AM FYI: I'm living with my cat who freely roams around the house. The kitchen (except the stove) can be used.

It is located in such a way that you are not inconvenienced by trains and traffic. There is a small private garden with garden furniture.
