The Treehouse is a perfect place for a vacation in the middle of the old pine trees forest. It offers a retreat from an intensive city life and a short getaway to the wild less than one hour away from Vilnius.
“Amazing remote place both for workation (good internet connection) or vacation!!! We were staying at West house and it was cosy, warm and comfortable for two nights stay. Loved the tranquillity and enjoyed the views in front of the house with birds and deers. We are definitely coming back!”
Cosy, bright and comfortable apartment in Varėna town. Fully furnished. Rental is conveniently located in a safe and quiet neighbourhood and is surrounded by forest and lakes, walking and biking trails. Very close to the local attractions - 0.7 km away from swimming pool, local cinema, bus/train station.
“I stayed a month in Varena and had a great time. The apartment is very cosy and located in a flat right next to the woods. Within two minutes you are in the middle of nature. You can spend hours in the woods and around the lakes in complete solitude. Varena is a quiet little town with all the facilities you need (shops, some restaurants, cinema and a swimming pool and saunas nearby). Aivaras is a very hospitable person who goes to great lengths to make your stay comfortable. He gave me his mountainbike to cycle through the woods and even helped me find a piano to play on during my stay. I highly recommend this place!”
Welcome to Ian & Loreta's hideaway in the woods. We are experienced Airbnb hosts, hosting many guests at our previous location in Manchester, England and received some excellent reviews. We have been working tirelessly on this beautiful, secluded old summer house in the heart of Lithuania, a beautiful country with a lot to offer. We like to think we have created something that offers luxury accommodation in our tranquil and peaceful space, surrounded by nature, pine trees and fresh clean air.
“My family and I literally got back home yesterday and we didn't want to leave. I went with my sister, cousin and nephew who is nine. Ian gave us a warm welcome and gave us a tour, he showed us how to use the log burning fire and where to get more wood if we needed it and he explained where everything was including a box that had a football, tennis rackets etc for my nephew to play with. The little guesthouse is so cosy that had books, board games, colouring books and a TV that had apps like neflix and nowtv so if the weather is bad there's still things to keep you entertained (luckily we had lovely weather). The beds were so comfy with one mattress being a bit firmer than the other so you can use the one you're more used to. The next morning I had a really descriptive message from Ian with tips of where to go and what to do especially with my nephew that helped alot as we didn't want to waste our short stay driving around finding things to do. There are two spots on the land that you can have a little campfire, one where you can watch the sunset and another by the guesthouse. We had a campfire on two nights under the stars and it was so relaxing! As we were there before Halloween Ian and Loretta asked if my nephew wanted to carve their pumpkin for them. They left it on our step the next morning and it was massive! My nephew had lots of fun with it as we don't get pumpkins that big back at home. On our last night Ian and Loretta suggested a restaurant and tried all day to book us a table but unfortunately couldn't get through but it wasn't a bother as they booked us another lovely restaurant that wasn't too far away. Overall it was an amazing stay and too much to write all in a review, if you want to wake up every morning to gorgeous nature and spend your nights under the stars or in the guesthouse with the fire on and sleep in the comfiest beds then this is the place. Nothing is a bother for Ian and if you need any tips or have any questions, he answers you really quick if he is not about to ask in person! Him and Loretta have literally made a little heaven.”
