The apartment is located very close to Garatucaia beach. You walk to the beach, to the square, to the market place. It's all very close. In the period we went, the condominium was very quiet, quiet. Place is extremely safe. The apartment perfectly meets the listing description and accommodates eight people peacefully. In addition to the bed, there were mattresses available for use,which can be placed in the room, which is very large and holds all the mattresses. In the kitchen, the appliances available worked perfectly. And Tatiana is a great host, always available for questions. We'll be back for sure.

It was all very good, the host Alexandre was very flexible with the time of entry and departure, promptly answered our questions, Apartment extremely clean and organized, place with wonderful views, good restaurants and with a fair price... This is my second time staying in the house and the truth is that both the house, the location and the people who work in the house are excellent. The food and cleaning service was perfect. Katiane who is the cook is extremely friendly and pleasant and all the food they make is very good. The house is enunq prime location and the private beach few houses have it. In general lines it is a beautiful house to always return.

I loved my stay at this place as well as André's warm approach. The visit to the beehives and orchard was a strong moment, both soothing and rewarding. The apartment is nice and very clean, albeita little dark (being located on the ground floor). The place is in a less busy part of the island, which offers beautiful tranquility. However, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to a beach suitable for swimming. A great place for those looking for peace and nature. André's welcome was exceptional: he even kindly offered transportation to Angra. Feel free to ask him for suggestions for discovering beautiful places or water activities — his tips are valuable!

We were present on the holiday , were Days of pleasure and fun . Spectacular house, everything perfect . Sr Aguinaldo and Nathalia were of great importance to make these days more enjoyable and rest , without Talk to D. Edna who cooks any dish .

Great! Home better than the photos. Wonderful view, in front of an almost private beach. Sleeping by listening to the sea, rooms with air working well, kitchen has everything, including for barbecue. Condomínio tranquilo, between the forest and the sea. Super helpful Carla, made our schedules more flexible. The children loved it, we'll be back for sure!!

Hi, the stay was perfect. We were very happy, wonderful family moments in the middle of the carnival. The better-than-expected show home we intend to return.

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

Lindomar was a great host. He was very informative and made sure I had everything I needed to have a good stay. I don’t speak Portuguese very will and he tried his absolute best to make sure the language barrier was not an issue. The apartment itself had the best view. The resort was also very nice as well and was the perfect place to work due to it having a restaurant on site and a pool to take a little break from work, without having to take much time off from my workday. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Mariza is a great host, she answered quickly and answered all my questions. The apartment is complete, has all the kitchen utensils, I preferred to take my bed and bath linen, has air in the 3 rooms and fans on the balcony, 3 tvs smarts, fast internet, and a wonderful view of the sea and large island. The condominium with sauna, natural and tile pools, gym, courts, game room, arcade, ping pong, beaches among others. It was very worth it and I already guaranteed my discount for the next booking, I will be back soon.
