Somewhere on the border of Mazovia and Kurpie, in a pine grove, we have prepared two cozy cottages for you in the middle of an open space surrounded by forest. Inside you will find everything you need to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. In the Sleepy cottage you will find 4 sleeping places, a sofa for reading books in front of the fireplace, a kitchenette and an equipped kitchen. There is also a small bedroom on the ground floor, and on the mezzanine there is a second bed and a reading corner with a view of the horizon.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Lake hideaway

The hideout by the lake is a cottage with an area of about 100m2, located on a closed, wooded plot for exclusive use. Peace, quiet, a climatic wooden house, sauna, hot tub, billiards, gazebo with a place for a barbecue and a bonfire, a tree house and a pier on Lake Józefowo are at the disposal of our guests. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a fireplace (with two sofa beds) and a fully equipped kitchen. The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax with us without your children or anyone else's. We are happy to accept well-behaved pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. "Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)

Szczęśliwy Domek is a comfortable, spacious house for rent. It has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a living room with a kitchen. The lack of direct neighborhood guarantees peace and privacy, it will work both as a place where we will reset in peace and quiet or organize a special event in comfortable conditions. Guests have access to a large fenced area and a large sunny terrace. You can light a fire and use the barbecue. The surrounding forests encourage walking or cycling.
