Our accommodations are completely refurbished in a Mallorcan modern design which highlights the local Mallorquín lifestyle so that our guests feel immersed in the tranquillity that can only be found on this island. You will stay in a separate chalet. This is an operating vineyard so the hosts will be on the property (in a separate building) at some time during your stay. We offer wine tours and tastings as well as private dinners in a separate private dining room or the bodega upon request.

Village & country paradise in UNESCO heritage site

Fantastic location for nature lovers in the Unesco heritage site of the Tramuntana mountains! We're on one of the main cycling routes to Sa Calobra as well as the gentler cycleways to Pollenca and Alaro. There are many famous hiking trails in the vicinity too with stunning views across the island. We're located in a lovely, friendly village with local shops and four wonderful restaurants. There are many stunning beaches to choose from, from just 30 minutes to the east of the villa.

Son Real d'Alt. Mansion with great views

Son Real d'Alt is a 'former Mallorcan estate' mansion dating back to the 15th century dedicated to agriculture, restored in 2015 (respecting its roots and dressing it in modernity) to be able to dedicate it to vacation rentals, in it you can enjoy the authentic rural Mallorca. It consists of 100,000 square meters of forest, fields, and plantations, with a 350 square meter house located on top of a hill with an extraordinary view of the Sierra de Llevant and its wonderful sunrises.

Casa Juanita located in the center of Inca, on a quiet pedestrian street, a few meters from the train station. It is located on the 3rd Floor of a 3 Floor Building with No Elevator. The Juanita apartment is equipped with Air Conditioning (cold and hot) throughout the house, free Wi-Fi Kitchen equipped with ceramic glass fires, toaster, coffee maker, ... It has a full bathroom with bathtub and shower, a bed for two people, a living room with table for four people
