Take in the views of the bay from any window in any of the 4 bedrooms or balconies this home boasts. Large entertainment space located in the first-floor den with ample room to cook in the modern kitchen. A few steps from leaving the home, you will be on the home’s private beach. A gated community offers an outdoor pool and clubhouse.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, electric blanket, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard is shared with other guests and has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Bethany Beach is a 10 min drive, Ocean City (145th st) is 20 min, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. Enjoy dinner and drinks on the enclosed rear porch and take in the view. 5 miles to Bethany Beach, 12 miles to Ocean City, 17 miles to Rehoboth Beach. I will allow one dog and the pet fee is $200.

The house has 2 bedrooms, and a living room which is open to the kitchen. There is also a large screened-in porch attached. Plenty of room to park your boat.
