“We stayed here on our way up to Palouse Washington over thanksgiving. Judi was able to accommodate a last minute reservation change because we were all sick. She was quick to respond and check in with us. The check in process was very simple, she was there to meet us with her grandkids. They even baked us fresh cookies. We dressed in our winter gear and headed out to meet her new lambs which my daughter loved! The room was wonderful, it was basically our own little suite. The bed was very comfortable and she provided everything we needed. Staying here was a wonderful find, we appreciated the quite country air!!”

“Lynn and her husband, Don, welcomed us very warmly when we arrived at their house. The house is located in a small town in Idaho state called Council, which is about 10 minutes away from downtown. We were very happy to be able to feel the atmosphere of a small rural village in Idaho. When we woke up in the morning, Lynn served us an American breakfast of bagels, fruits, granola and yogurt as a buffet. Among them, there was apple juice woven directly from the farm, and it tasted like real apple juice with no additives at all. Lynn also bottled the apple juice for us when we checked out. Breakfast was very good and as soon as we had breakfast, Lynn and Don explained to us in detail around the house. We were able to fully feel the charm of the American farm and it was very good to be able to build good memories in Idaho and come back to Korea thanks to Lynn and Don.”
New 27 ft diameter yurt is set in the middle of thick trees and huckleberry bushes. The property is rustic with no electricity, running water or WiFi. Yes it may sound desolate here but all the necessities are available. A great wood burning stove to watch from comfy couches while drinking coffee or hot chocolate. There is a grill for BBQing outside along with a stove and full kitchen inside for cooking. Bring your food, water, a flashlight, sleeping bag and time for making memories. No pets.
“My husband and I had a great time in this yurt! It was very clean and was well stocked. It did take some trial and error to get the fireplace burning as long as we needed it to and there was some difficulty (Jan/Feb) in getting the place due to the abundant snow, but we managed just fine in our four wheel drive. The area is beautiful, secluded, and a wonderful getaway for a few days.”
