The place was exactly as described—spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We truly felt at home and would definitely love to return!

On this trip, 5 adults and 4 children, the landlord has love, the place is just right, the place is just cleaned up, but the toilet can be improved, the basement needs to be a little more pumped, it would be better if it could be dried and dry separated, all in all, 5 stars.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful homestay, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! The owner was incredibly friendly and hospitable, always responding promptly to our needs. The homestay itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I truly loved my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming place to stay. ❤️❤️

Very friendly, polite host, always replied quickly. Even drove us to Bangrak beach when Bolt driver cancelled our ride because of road works (these road works were a bit inconvenient). The villa is beautiful, clean, spacy, as in pictures. The location of Dreamland residence is a bit unhandy If you don't hire car/motorcycle. We traveled by ordering Bolt, often drivers couldn't find the right way. But the beach is approximately 2 km away and many other places of interest. Electricity is a bit expensive (not included in the reservation cost). Pool was great, clean. Villa was good equipped. It was private and exactly as in pictures.

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

The house is lovely and beautifully designed, the balcony is big and gorgeous. The only thing that bothered me that the water in the filter smelled like a worker, the host said it was normal, but it smelled bad to me.

The location was truly something special, with access to a secluded private beach that felt like a hidden paradise. The entire team on-site was exceptional — warm, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant was another highlight, serving a variety of delicious dishes and an excellent selection of drinks. Every meal felt like a treat. I couldn’t recommend this place more highly for anyone considering a stay in Koh Chang. It’s a slice of paradise with top-tier hospitality

The place was lovely and had everything we needed. We were offered a free clean and sheet change which could be arranged at our convenience. The location was also great with a car park if you were hiring a vehicle. Loved it. Quiet but also close enough to the hustle and bustle of Vietnam

This was a booking for one person. Loved this apartment - room was perfect for my short stay! Loved the convenience of having a washing machine and supplied detergent to do a quick wash. Balcony was perfect to hang clothing out to dry (covered - useful during the rainy season!). Access to the pool was welcome for exercise. Plenty of local restaurants nearby as well as a local market. Will book again in the future!

Clean and spacious apartment. Everything was good but the only odd is that I didn’t realize I’ll have to pay for parking per hours so prepare for 240k vnd/day if you arrive with a car.

Everything was as expected. The building is a little older,but the pool is very nice and so is the apartment. From there it is not far to various restaurant,711,Cicada Nightmarket and the different beaches in Hua Hin.

This was a great accommodation. Very good location Close to resturants, beach, nightlife, markets, shops and lots of other amenities. The room is located on one of the top floors of a hotel, so are able to use hotel facilities such as lovely pool and games room. View was beautiful. The room was very well equipped, everything you could possibly need was provided. All instructions for check in and out was very clear an easy. We were a family of 3 adults and 2 teenagers and the sleeping arrangements suited us well. Very good value Alexia, the host, is very responsive and helpful giving lots of information and replying quickly to queries and very helpful, amenable and friendly Thank you for a, wonderful 4 night stay

The accommodation is beautiful and luxurious. It has every amenity you can imagine. The accommodation is close to many famous entertainment and restaurants. Traveling is very convenient. The owner of the room is friendly and ready to help in every way at all times. Highly recommended.

The Condo was nice but a little difficult to use keycards as sometimes they would not work. However Samuel was very receptive

The host was amazing! Responds to any request very quick and helpful. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious and located in a nice area close to mall and theme park , toilets were amazing with modern bidet, TV has netflix and youtube. Gym and pool , overall very nice

We had a great month long stay in this apartment. Nadia and her husband were always around and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The apartment is well stocked with essentials and very roomy with 2 bedrooms and an amazing view to start everyday with. It should be noted however during our stay the power went out 3 times, one of the times it was off for ~6 hours. This isn’t the fault of the Airbnb though as the power was out for the whole area. Also for people needing to work from the property, the WiFi was unusable for calls. We relied on our mobile internet for the length of our stay however Nadia also let us know they are planning to have fiber soon. There is good 5G coverage here and a SIM card is cheap as a backup option. The apartments location in Khlong Muang is also quite far from necessary facilities like a gym or supermarket so a car or scooter is essential. We hired the car with the help of Nadia and it was great and reasonably priced for our whole stay.

Looks like the photos. The view is stupendous. The place is in a busy area next to an MRT station, so it is easy to travel and find what you need, but the unit is high enough that it is very quiet. Izii is an excellent host, making sure we were comfortable, and made our stay seamless. Would stay again!

Beautiful and spacious condo, with great views from the balcony on the pool, the sunset and partial sea view. We really enjoyed our time. Lucinda is very kind and helpful. I love the location, kalim is calm and not far from Patong. Free parking was nice too. Thank you for everything.
