With us you live rural and close to nature, while the house is only 20 km from Visby. Beautiful hiking trails and nature reserves are available next to the property. The nearest swimming area is 10 minutes away (car). It is close to the west coast, east coast and lake (Tingstäde marsh) so swimming can be adapted to the weather and wind. In walking distance there is Bäl village farm with barbecue and mini golf that are regularly available in the summer. At the house there is a south-facing patio with charcoal grill and generous grass areas.

Fully equipped laundry room with entrance. In addition to this, there are 2 good mattresses for children to sleep on.

Here, just 12 minutes from Visby and 20 minutes from Tofta beach, you can enjoy the rural setting and at the same time be close to the pulse of the city. The house has its own patio and parking, and you will be surrounded by the farm's life where there are, among other things, bulls and tractors. From the entrance on Strandgatan it ´ s only 60 meter to the sea where you can walk on the promenade or have a morning swim! Casa Kugrutornet is privately located and has a kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (120 cm) and a living room with two beds and dining table, i.e. a total of 3-4 sleeping places, as well as a bathroom with toilet. There is TV, WIFI, induction hob & oven, fridge & freezer, microwave and washer & dryer. In addition, there is an outdoor barbecue in the communal courtyard.

The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.
