The apartment is part of a new building, built in 2025, has 2 rooms with two double beds and an extendable sofa in the living room. In the kitchen you can find all the necessary utensils for preparing a meal, and you can sit at the table inside as well as at the table on the balcony for a dream view. From the balcony you can see the whole village of Ipotesti, the apartment being on the first floor. The house is 5 minutes from the city of Suceava (center, the fortress of the chair) which ensures a quiet and efficient accommodation.

The 20m2 studio is attached to the owner's house.

Very quiet location, quiet neighbours, residential area with immediate access to shops and mall (10 min walk). You can park in front of the house, it is a one-way street with very little traffic, the street is lit at night. We do not have air conditioning; in winter, the average indoor temperature is 22/23 degrees Celsius (71/73 degrees Fahrenheit). The main room is 4 X 3 m and includes an extendable sofa and a cooking area. The bathroom is private. You have access to direct cable internet connection, TV and Netflix.
