Nice modern condo across the road from Giant Steps. This place has 2 bedrooms and 6 bunkbeds in the mezzanine, ideal for two couples with 2-6 kids. The unit has very nice views of the mountain with big windows, a cozy fireplace in the living room, cool urban art throughout, an arcade game and plenty of board games. The host Paul is very responsive and courteous. Overall, a great choice and very good location in Brian Head.

This property is charming. It's an old house that has been beautifully maintained and restored. We loved the antiques and antique style of some of the furniture. The apartment was clean and spacious. The kitchen is very well-stocked and organized. They even had a selection of spices! Heads up. There is no dishwasher, but we didn't see that as a negative. There are several restaurants and a really good coffee shop (Grind) within walking distance. The grocery store is right across the street from the property! We enjoyed our stay, and Sam was VERY responsive and helpful when we had questions.

We stayed over a long weekend to ski. The heated garage was super convenient. The condo was very close by to everything we wanted to do. The space was cozy and relaxing. It worked great for us.

Great spot. Easy walk to lifts. Perfect spot for our family which included 3 grandkids under 5 years old. Home is well appointed and clean. Walk from parking lot includes 75 stairs (I counted) to the condo. Not continuous, there are breaks. However at 10,000 feet elevation be prepared when carrying luggage upon arriving. This place is so great, I am already planning another visit next year. Bring most of your provisions before arriving. There is a small store if you forget something, but it is expensive. (Box of Triscuts is $7.99). They do have supplemental oxygen canisters available for a reasonable price if you need. Host was wonderful. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this home in Cedar City! The house was impeccably clean, and the amenities were excellent—everything we needed was well-stocked and thoughtfully provided. It made for a perfect home base while exploring Zion National Park. Check-in and check-out were seamless, making the whole experience stress-free. We even got to enjoy some overnight snow, which added to the charm of our trip. Overall, this was a wonderful getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay!

Travis was communicative and knowledgeable of the area. His place is as described in photos and while on the smaller side. The Murphy beds were extremely comfortable and the closet was fully stocked with plenty of blankets and bedding. Plenty of pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen made cooking meals very easy. Overall, it was a great bargain to stay in the remote town or Brian Head and ski the resort. Would recommend to anyone as the value was unbeatable for a great weekend with a luck snowstorm. Will be coming back.

The location was great and easy to get to. Everything was clean. Check in and out was super easy.
