an exelente accommodation, beautiful, clean, well tidy, comfortable, I feel at home, the beds are super comfortable, the heating is perfect, it has everything you need. The attention of Marcelo and his family was wonderful. Very friendly, they gave me all the necessary instructions and in the morning they went out to say goodbye, without a doubt I would stay every time I return. Recommended with eyes closed.

Host was very responsive and kind. The apartment exceeded expectations.

Pato was very quick to respond. we requested the place very late and told him we'd be arriving at midnight. place was very nice and comfortable and a perfect spot to crash and get some sleep. I recommend!

Great stay. It’s perfect for families with a really nice pool, which is a big plus for kids! We enjoyed the bedrooms with multiple sleep options, and it was nice to have laundry facilities (with a dryer!!) in the complex as opposed to having to pay more for a laundry service after camping in Torres Del Paine. Only small downside is the blinds still let in a lot of light, which can be hard with little ones trying to sleep and being on the ground floor there is no shade on the patio door, which means less privacy, but the complex is new and very few units are rented so not a ton of people walking by yet.

The apartment is very cozy, very nice and you feel at home. The bed is very comfortable and the bedding is great! The hosts and cohosts were very helpful and friendly, the building staff too, we are very grateful for their attention. Very quick responses since we booked and until check-out, I definitely recommend it. Everything has been amazing. Also there are self services nearby, you get to the center by walking, the neighborhood is quiet and I felt safe all the time. The condominium is also very well cared for and the pool is very rich and with a good sun entrance and a very nice view. If I go back to Natales I will stay with them again. Thank you guys!

Great place - looks like brand-new building and was very comfortable. 20 min walk into town, which isn’t bad but a few min too far for us for early starts and long days. Ubers were cheap and easy to get though. Kitchen has what you need and the laundry was easy and convenient. The owner was nice enough to lend us an adapter when we forgot ours as well. A nice stay!

Gabriella is a super super host!!! I had so many apprehensions about my trip to Puerto Natales, but she helped me not just with the booking of her place but also recommended car rentals, guides for hiking around Torres del Paine, local restaurants, nearby attractions. She was personally available at the property when we need her. My family and I cannot thank her enough for all her support and guidance during our stay at her beautiful property.

Cosy cabin with everything you need. The centre is walkable about 15minutes. A little loud in the evening but quiet past 9/10pm. helpful cooking basics like oil salt pepper as well. lovely peaceful stay thank you :)

It was away from the city, and I was worried about the check-in process because I used it after hiking the Navarino Circuit, but when I arrived at the inn, the host greeted me in a friendly manner. I think you'll be happy if you understand that it's an off-grid cabin, not a regular hotel. It was very good to be able to use the wood stove.

Very comfortable cabin that has everything you need to spend a few days. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition. Communication with Pamela is fluid and very friendly. Recommended for those looking for a quiet place to stay closer to the airport like us.

A small but great place to stay! Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was very pleasant. The heating worked out very well. Pao is very kind and eager. We can recommend this cabin without hesitation!
