Excelente! Colmada de detalles que combinan buen gusto y calidad, de principio a fin. Obvio que no se nos ocurriría poner como negativo la ubicación "alejada": se entiende que si uno elige ese lugar, está priorizando otras cosas, como la tranquilidad, las vistas magníficas a los cerros, al Beagle, e incluso al Río Pipo (que pasa a pocos metros del departamento) y su desembocadura en el Beagle. Todo esto visible tanto desde el departamento, como desde el deck en la terraza! Muy lindo el entorno; supermercado y locales gastronómicos a pocas cuadras. EXCELENTE CALIDAD de todo: vajilla, cubiertos, colchones, sábanas, acolchados, toallas, la ducha, la grifería, los electrodomésticos, etc. EXCELENTE LA CALEFACCIÓN, tanto dentro del depto., como en las áreas comunes. Excelente la limpieza. Excelente contar con la posibilidad de lavadora y secadora (a calor, NO centrífuga; es decir: ROPA SECA) en el edificio. EXCELENTE relación CALIDAD-PRECIO! Definitivamente lo recomendaría, y volvería!

Great place - looks like brand-new building and was very comfortable. 20 min walk into town, which isn’t bad but a few min too far for us for early starts and long days. Ubers were cheap and easy to get though. Kitchen has what you need and the laundry was easy and convenient. The owner was nice enough to lend us an adapter when we forgot ours as well. A nice stay!

Casa moderna e bem equipada. localizada num bairro com casas novas, mas distante do centro (importante estar de carro). Vista muito bonita.

Go ahead and directly book, no need to have second thoughts about it at all! Starting with Silvana, who is just AMAZING - waited for me after my flight got delayed late in the evening, and let me do a late check out. She is extremely friendly and full of tips about the city and go-to places. Apartment itself is also great, matching exactly the description and pics. It's less than 10 minutes away by car from the airport, 3 min walking from a Carrefour, and 20 minutes walking to town. Area is really safe, and offers great views of both the mountains and the harbour. I was working remotely during my stay, with a lot of Zoom calls involved - internet connection is stable and reliable. Again, I can't recommend strongly enough this place! One of the better AirBnb experiences I've had!

We had great time as a group of friends in Raul’s place. It was comfortable, warm and with lots of hot water. Communication with Raul was easy and I would recommend his place to anyone.

Uno de los mejores Airbnb en los que me he quedado en Punta Arenas, una casa preciosa, cocina espaciosa y bien equipada. Con mi grupo tuvimos una estadía impecable.

What a wonderful host! Mauricio was helpful from the very start. The location is perfect and we were amazed by how big it is! The kitchen was fully stocked and that was very helpful for us. The upstairs fireplace was the real star of the show for us. We cozied up and watched movies for the holiday. I don’t have a single complaint and we’re very grateful for Mauricio and his welcoming presence.

Super expérience dans cette Cabana ! Un côté un peu rustique mais très calme, bien chauffée, propre, disposait de tout ce dont avait besoin avec une vue magnifique sur le canal. Camila et son mari Marcelo nous ont aidé pendant tout notre séjour, et sont venus nous chercher à 3h du matin en arrivant en ferry. Je recommande absolument !!

Localização ótima, uma rapida caminhada e ja se está na Av. San Martin. Local tranquilo, muito confortável e agradável. Tem todos os utensílios necessários, espaço muito bom e organizado. Recomendo

Gabriel provided a very relaxing place for us to stay. It is a lovely two level apartment with everything we needed. The views are fantastic looking out over the city centre and harbour and a stone's through from the main museum and a couple of blocks from the main Street. It was our second stay there and we recommend this apartment highly. We would go back if again in the area.

Excelente experiência, apto muito bem decorado e equipado, a cama é maravilhosa, vista adorável das montanhas, bem localizado, estacionamento espaçoso e seguro, a anfitriã muito atenciosa e gentil. Super recomendo!

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung, in der wie ein paar Tage verbracht haben. Angenehm warme (regulierbare) Fußbodenheizung. Saubere Wohnung. Valeria antwortet sehr schnell und hilft bei Fragen weiter. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
