Cosy three‑bedroom chalet with private parking, located within walking distance of the beautiful white‑sand beach of Islantilla/Urbasur on the Andalusian Costa de la Luz. The house features two air conditioners—one in the living room and another in the master bedroom. The remaining bedrooms are equipped with fans and electric heaters for the winter months. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a water heater, microwave, and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Quiet house in the Islantilla Golf Resort, perfect for families, with a pool, air conditioning, a very large terrace, paddle and tennis courts, a park, a lake, and much more! It also has a bar/restaurant with fried fish and other typical meals (open only in the summer season). The beach is about a 15-minute walk, although it is preferable to go by car or train 🚂 that stops right in the development and goes down to the beach, shopping center and hotel area.

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

Very nice apartment, clean and with a view of the golf course. Relax and disconnect. NO PETS of any size; we're sorry but the owner is very allergic. The residential development has a pool. A 20-minute walk to La Antilla beach or a 3-minute drive. It has a covered parking space with elevator access to the apartment floor. Newly furnished house with mosquito nets, air conditioning, and ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. Shower in the bathroom.
