Vacation rentals with lake access in İstanbul

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

Great place. Sweet was very easy to reach and connect. Location was the bess part : 9 mins walk to metro , Cevahir shopping mall , and grocery.

There were four of us in total for several days at Asli Hanim's place. We wanted to treat ourselves to a getaway and the place was excellent for this. We arrived late at night and yet there were no issues checking in. The house was very clean, as was the bathroom. The garden and terrace were also very clean, much nicer than on the pictures. Especially the pool was our absolute highlight, much nicer and also bigger than on the pictures. Asli Hanim was available to us 24/7 with tips, she answered messages and calls immediately. She also inquired daily about our wellbeing, a really warm and loving hostess. In the accommodation you have your absolute privacy, there are no insights into the garden and pool, so you could swim and sunbathe completely undisturbed. We will be happy to come back, thank you for the nice getaway Asli Hanim :)

It was an amazing experience, although we were crowded, the house was large enough for all our needs. Everything was considered in the kitchen. It was a great getaway where we took advantage of all the amenities of the house. It was a good memory for us to have snow and sit by the fireplace and watch it with the crackling of wood. Mr. Caner was always responsive and met our needs. We'd love to have this experience again.

The appartement of Erkan had caught my eye before, and when making the final decision something told me to book with Erkan. The appartement is exquisite, it looks better then the images! The house has a lovely energy and Balat is a very upbeat cozy neighbourhood full of color! It almost felt like a vacation in a vacation. Erkan sent me a guide of Balat with his selection of restaurants etc. He was friendly and very accommodating. Would recommend 10/10!

Great stay! Spacious and very cute decor in the living room. The rooms were spacious and cozy. Lots of stairs when entering so be prepared for a good leg workout. The building was nice and quiet and the area was great!

The atmosphere that made us feel bad the moment we entered the door, we had a spacious and pleasant experience. You can choose with peace of mind:)

Really enjoyed our stay!!! Erfan is very good at communication and made sure our stay was as good as possible. Very easy walk to taksim sqr, very good food options right down the street. Will definitely come back

Nice location of the house. Very close to Istiklal Street. Only roads are a little hilly. The house is a beautiful, old building. But it's loud because it's right next to the school. May not be good for those who prefer to sleep in the morning. Overall, it was clean, but there was an occasional strong smell of cigarettes in the room. It was a tastefully furnished, small but useful house. Thank you

So I can't say much except : • Top location • Top Service • Great views • Everything is within walking distance ( 10-15 min walk depending on where you want to shop taksim or towards the bridge and be beautiful on the water) everything is great and easily accessible. • Top hosts ( Arif ) I can recommend it to everyone. But take normal running shoes to Istanbul then you can fully enjoy it and go everywhere. 😎

The apartment is beautiful and very spacious (we were a group of 4). Its location is very convenient, few minutes walking to taksim square and istiklal street. It has many grocery stores around it which is very practical. Berk was very responsive and helpful, we particularly appreciated his flexibility to keep our luggages inside the apartment on the check out day because we had a late flight on that day. Thank you Berk!

Great host and quite responsive. The apartment is right beside a large shopping mall that had a beautiful holiday market in December. I would stay again if in the immediate area.
