Very beautiful house, exactly as the photos, beautiful condominium

The house has a great location, is comfortable and well equipped; we spend pleasant moments as a family. The street is paved, calm and with little movement; the children played a lot and we were at peace.

The accommodation brings that warmth of grandma's house. The house is huge and also has a lot of outside space. We used the wood-fired oven to make pizza (Jucineide kindly left firewood for us to use), took lemon from the foot to make a lemonade, and spent very quiet days. Village we went with our little dog who loved all freedom. The condominium is very safe and beautiful. The walking track straight ahead gave that lively for the daily exercises and also indicated the path to the lake and the trail (which surprised us by size and beauty). The shopping centre market is very complete and so there was absolutely nothing missing for our stay. We made a small part of the script of the cuesta, which is very close, and we have coffee with a beautiful view. We walk throughout the condominium that has very beautiful houses, but Jucineide's house is certainly the one with the most homelessness, brings all the tranquility of the interior that is exactly what we were looking for.

The house is very good, it corresponds to what is advertised. The pool is great. Clarification, questions, guidance were always answered. We really liked the house, the transparent and polite way of Vitória. We would definitely come back. There is only one reservation about the region, which at this time has a lot of mosquitoes (just like those that give bananas) during the day.

The house has accommodated us well, is comfortable and has all the necessary structure. There are two suites and a bedroom with a bathroom next to it, all with a double bed. We were very well received by the hosts, who were willing to assist in what was necessary, including making our check-in and checkout more flexible. The place is ideal for rest, as the condominium is very peaceful and tasty. Record only a few observations: the swimming pool is air-conditioned, not heated, I even recommend that you call hosts whenever they need to tinker with something in its operation, because unfortunately we end up altering something wrong, which caused damage to the hydromassage and we need to pay the costs of the repair; the house is located in an area of land, but very close to paved roads; it is feasible to check the availability of hosts if they wish to access the club, as access is restricted to visitors, being unable to enter and leave unaccompanied by the owners. Overall, excellent home!

All clean and organized, cozy environments, complete with household items, swimming pool with very pleasant hydro. Full and functional gourmet area! Good location, very close to Yacht Club XIII.
