It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Located in a small town next to the Sierra Nevada Natural Park, 25 minutes from Granada, 20 minutes from La Alpujarra and 25 minutes from the beach. The house has two floors and an outdoor patio with a small pool, exclusively for you. Downstairs: open plan with living room, dining room, kitchen, small toilet and patio. Upper floor: bedrooms and full bathroom. Hiking trails 5 min walk from the accommodation.

Cortijo typical of the Alpujarra with garden, swimming pool and a beautiful unobstructed view of the mountains and the sea in the distance. This is the cortijo I live in and renovated with great care. I rent it when I am away.
 Perfect place to relax and enjoy the surrounding nature. Beautiful exterior conducive to relaxation and conviviality: outdoor kitchen and pool surrounded by many trees.

The Valley is half way between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Lanjaron the gateway to the Alpujarra is a ten minute drive. One can explore beautiful Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are 25 minutes drive from Beznar. The Sierra Navada Ski Resort is a fifty minute drive.

In front of the cortijo there is a small terrace for dinner or breakfast with views of the peak of the sierra Nevada. There is a fireplace, wifi and AC and washing machine. There is a swimming pool but it is shared with the owners of the house.
