We invite you to a cottage where, instead of a TV, your attention will be drawn to panoramic windows overlooking the forest right from a comfortable bed. On the terrace, you will be greeted by a squirrel and a neighbor's cat, in the morning you will be awakened by birdsong, and in the evening the starry sky will take your breath away. We built our cottages on the edge of the 430-year-old village of Ciotusza Nowa, where the Sopot River has its source (hence the name of the cottage). The private forest connects with the forests of the Krasnobrodzki Landscape Park. The area is ideal for hiking and biking.

But if necessary, we can accommodate 20 adults and 5 children under the age of 3. The property is air-conditioned, has 6 rooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can park your car in a large parking lot. In the garden you will find a place for a bonfire, a playground, a mega sun lounger, a sunny terrace, a hot tub, a sauna, a heated indoor pool and a terrace with a barbecue.

Our house is located 2 km from the center of Zwierzyniec, the plot is located in the forest buffer zone, it provides comfort of rest (and work). The Green Velo bicycle trail runs next to the house. In the immediate vicinity, you have the opportunity to get to know the beauty of Roztocze. The summer house in Roztocze (Solska Forest) is the perfect place to cut yourself off from the outside world and relax with the whole family. In addition to the cottage itself, there is also an ApiDomek, where you can use Apitherapy in the form of air inhalation straight from the hive. Don't worry, the cottages are designed in such a way that guests from having direct contact with the bees (there is a separating mesh). Away from the asphalt, the hustle and bustle of cars, the daily grind and duties. "Sielsko" is a place where you can listen to the singing of the forest, watch nature, relax, stop rushing and just be. The picturesque, nearly 100-year-old cottage is located in the beautiful forests of Lipsko Polesie, in Roztocze (between Zamość and Krasnobród). The cottage stands on a half-hectare, fenced, densely wooded plot. The asphalt and civilization are 2 km away by forest road. This is a place for an urban detox!

JABZÓWKA habitat

Siedlisko Jabzówka is a seventy-year-old wooden cottage located in the picturesque village of Turzyniec, 4 kilometers from Zwierzyniec. Surrounded by Roztocze forests, the village captivates with loess gorges, the Wieprz river valley and beautiful expanses of still-cultivated fields. The cottage has been renovated with the utmost care and love, using natural materials. Inside, a healthy microclimate is provided by walls covered with traditional clay plaster, wooden floors and rustic wooden windows.

Feel free to relax in an intimate wooden cottage with a fireplace on a large, wooded plot in Bondyrz. The neighborhood is very quiet, but nearby there is no shortage of attractions such as very good restaurants, many water reservoirs with a beach, canoeing From the terrace we have a beautiful view of the Wieprz river valley, which flows directly on the plot, about 100m from the cottage. Wild animals, such as deer and squirrels, are frequent guests in the area. Forest in the distance of 100 m.

Roztocze Refuge

We offer you a year-round house for rent with a high standard of finish, commissioned in August 2022. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, and a living room with a comfortable fold-out corner sofa and a table for 6 people. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet on this floor. In the living room there is an exit to a large 25m2 terrace where you can eat a meal outdoors. Each room is air-conditioned and the windows have mosquito nets.
