The stay went smoothly.

Everything went great! A great spacious apartment right in the center of Kokkola, just a stone's throw from the train station and services. Communication with Terho went smoothly all the time. Our trip was scheduled last minute due to train cancellations during the day, and we were able to switch stays smoothly for the next day. Highly recommended!

The apartment is very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. I always spend please to weeks there.

Our family with two adults and two kids stayed here for a week over Christmas. There was plenty of room, with comfortable beds and warm and cuddly. We really appreciated that it was a bit Christmas decorated. There was a great hefty shower and full kitchen with a small mini bar even. The location in Jakobstad is great with walking distance to most things, like the city's nice swimming pool, grocery stores and restaurants.

The apartment was very clean and tidy and nicely decorated. Ilpo as a host was top notch and communication was smooth and fast. I'll definitely be back!

Comfortable and spacious new apartment in a quiet area. Great outdoor opportunities. The double bed blanket was too small for the two of us, luckily there was a spare blanket in the car 😄

Everything went well! Sauna was nice!

The house is fantastic with a large garden and beautiful views of nature. Even in winter the house is warm. We enjoyed the sauna with large bathroom. The rooms are large and cozy. Even a small Christmas tree was set up for us for Christmas. With air hockey, Netflix and a great surround sound, we enjoyed some evenings and relaxed by the warm fireplace. We'll be back!

Beautiful, bright and tidy apartment right on the water! The living room had glass doors straight to the terrace and it was lovely to enjoy the sunshine and watch the bird life of the water! The bedrooms were clean, the beds were good, and the bedding was clean and fresh. The sauna would have been a plus, but the shower was functional. The apartment matched the description and was very clean without any unnecessary detail. The kitchen had everything you need to cook, dishes for a larger group, and a special mention of a good selection of spices! Messaging with Marion was smooth and friendly. His apartment is in the same building at a different entrance, but it didn't hurt our vacation. I recommend this place!
