Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

Nice harbor environment with ferry, fishing and marina. Enjoy lunch or dinner at the town's inn or marina, overlooking the fjord. The house is furnished with three small bedrooms, a functional kitchen, And a newly renovated bathroom. Heating is with a heat pump, wood stove. A very nice cottage with a good atmosphere. Colorful and things chosen with care. The bed is good. There is no shower inside, but only outside, but with hot water in a closed shower section. No TV and internet, but close to the beach, and you can hear the North Sea about 250 meters away. Close to the finest sunsets. Large terrace, part of which is covered. Lots of land. Less than 100 meters via the private path from the house and you are on the most beautiful stetch of beach between Rødhus and Blokhus. The house was fully renovated in 2021. Theres is Fiber wireless internet, however no televisions as this is a place of relaxation - go out and enjoy the beach 😀
