Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

The apartment is part of a farm, which is located in Attrup with a good view of Limfjorden. The village is also close to the North Sea, Fosdalen, Svinkløv, Hærvejen and the Vejlerne Bird Sanctuary. Short distance to good beaches and Skagen is also an option. Aalborg, Fårup Sommerland and the North Sea are 30-45 minutes away. Double bed and possibility of extra bed for two in the living room. The apartment is located in the heart of Aalborg with only 5 minutes walk to shopping, cafes, the harbor and not least Jomfru Ane street if you want a bite of beer or two. Parking is available in the parking garage just around the corner. Alternatively there is free 24 hour parking at Saxogade or the port (about 5-10 minutes on foot from the apartment). Note: The fireplace is not to be used. It's for decoration only.
