“Rhéal and Marie Ghislaine are very friendly and warm and welcomed us with great joy. The place is very well located relatively close to the most beautiful postcards in the region. The environment is very clean and organized and the bed is very comfortable. The house is close to nature, the region is quiet and the night is quiet. I can't wait to return as soon as possible. Highly recommended. ”
My home is located in an exclusive beach area called "Carron Point". Overlooking the sea with beautiful sunset on one side and wildlife reserve on the other.
“We loved being at this cottage, and were very impressed with everything. The beds were super comfy, the bedding top notch, and the outdoor sitting area was wonderful. The bath was as nice any hotel and the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, though we missed having a corkscrew! The locking system was really slick, and made access so easy!”
Cozy cabin on the bay of Chaleur. Kayaking, fishing and beach combing is a must in the summer. Very quiet and secluded property will allow you time alone. You may even see eagles soaring along the beach or over the fields. In the summer you may see all kinds of shore birds feeding, wildlife including bear, fox, and coyote, the odd otter or seal. No electricity nor running water. NOTE:. THE MOSQUITOES ARE NASTY AT THE MOMENT. BRING FLY SPRAY!
“Kip and Dave were awesome hosts! We stayed with them for 2 nights this winter. The cabin is not as remote as expected, which has its pros. They were always available when needed but we were perfectly isolated down on the water. We were able to walk quite a distance on the ice which was really fun, along with snowshoeing all through the (extremely large) property. With the fire going the cabin was really warm but where the cabin is right on the ocean, windy nights can be pretty chilly if you let the fire go out... although cozy blankets are provided to keep you warm! Overall our trip was awesome and we can't wait to be back, and look forward to checking it out in the summer season as well!”
