What a great getaway space! This little home was a perfect landing spot for our family. Beach access, clean pool, easy parking, elevator building—it hit the spot. Not just a clean condo, but with extra towels, pool supplies, beach chairs, umbrella, and wagon, it made our stay simple. We didn't have to think about a thing! Connie was SUPER responsive and helpful. We will definitely head back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful spring break with our kids here. The condo is clean and has everything we needed for our family of four. It’s a great, central location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Perfect place with all the amenities you need! Close to coligny - grocery and restaurants. So nice to not have to drive everywhere! Everything has been updated and feels like home. Would stay here again. Had zero issues!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. The home is beautiful and the neighborhood is amazing! We were in town for our son's Marine Corps graduation from MCRD Parris Island. This home was convenient for traveling to the base each day. The home being pet friendly was very much appreciated and the neighborhood was great for walking our dogs in the evenings. We enjoyed time with our family around the large kitchen island. The master bathroom and closet were absolutely luxurious! The fenced in backyard was great for the dogs as well. I would definitely recommend this home if you are traveling to the Beaufort area!

Our family had the most amazing vacation in this beautiful home! The hosts were easy to communicate with and answered all questions quickly. The home itself is absolutely perfect! The layout is big enough for a large family, the beds were comfortable, and the pool/spa were the perfect temperature for spring break! They also went above and beyond to help us feel right at home. We had plenty of towels, blankets, bowls, cups, etc. and we never felt like we were without something we needed. They also helped make an unfamiliar home more easily accessible by providing labels throughout the house for different light switches, cupboards, accessories, etc. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the hosts truly helped make our family vacation extra special and packed full of wonderful memories. We would gladly stay at any home hosted by LowCountry Beach Homes! Thank you!

We had a great week here exploring both Tybee and Savannah. The location can’t be beat, really short drives to either place. Quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, spacious, and the beds were comfy. The house has been updated throughout with the exception of the master bath which wasn’t a huge deal. Kitchen was well stocked if you plan to cook. Beautiful pond outside. Grocery store within 5 minutes. One negative: 4 Beach chairs were available, but they weren’t modern beach chairs that recline. More like lawn chairs. Wish we brought our own. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

The cottage was as peaceful and relaxing as advertised, both inside and out. We enjoyed coffee each morning overlooking the marsh and listening to an amazing variety of wild birds. The house also had all the amenities we needed; it was the perfect place to come home to in the evenings after visiting the surrounding areas. We look forward to the opportunity to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, however the upstairs mini split remote was missing after searching the entire house i reached out to the host who said they were going to check their main office. They never reached back out and they never brought the mini spit remote. The location is a little hard to find, its located in the alleyway between 37 & 38th street and it was difficult to find because across the driveway is signage for 109 garden parking but that isn’t where you park, we finally found the house right across from that. It’s a little far from savannah riverfront so if you want to go to the main action area of savannah river front you’ll have to take an uber, drive or walk a few miles or 8-10 minutes. You do get the full house, it’s an older house but they have modernized it a bit, there isn’t a tv in the bedrooms though. The shower takes a while to get warm, but thats about it. I think it’s a little over priced but it was a clean home.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great! Good size for two people and super close to beach and shops. Would come back

We had a great week at Boyd’s place! Very clean, amazing views, convenient to everything (we even walked to the grocery store!) The condo complex shared amenities were also clean and everyone that we encountered was friendly. We will definitely book again!

The unit is in a great location. You have great access to the beach. The unit was exactly as shown.

We loved our stay at Sea side villas! It was the perfect spot for a trip with my Mom. Luke’s condo checked a lot of our boxes - 2 bedrooms, complex with an elevator, outdoor space & steps to the beach! You will love the location - it’s so central! Very close to the ocean, great shops and dining within walking distance and a short drive to everywhere else on the island. Spent most of my mornings planted on that sun deck and the afternoons by the pool! The apartment has everything you need for a short or longer term stay - even laundry! Do a grocery run on your way into town and you won’t ever leave. Can’t wait to come back.

Had a great stay. Condo was comfortable and well stocked with necessities. Was conveniently located though we were happy we had a car rental to get around. Only a 4-5 min drive to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants. Pool was nice and peaceful and very close to the unit.

Our family (2 adults & 2 small children) had a wonderful time here. The apt itself was great: very clean, good size for our family, comfortable, quiet, etc. And the location was absolutely perfect. The proximity to the beach and to shops and restaurants was amazing. We would highly recommend this place.

Andrew was a great host. His condo was very clean, had a great view of the ocean, and convenient to everything. I am just going to note for future guests that the bathroom has a sliding barn door that really doesn't provide much privacy. My husband and I, however, would stay here again.
