This newly remodeled 1 bdrm, 1 bath guest house is attached to our family home but has a separate locked entrance and offers complete privacy. Our quiet country neighborhood is located in beautiful Idaho farmland. Enjoy jam from our garden and a stroll to the lake. We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hours from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hours from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort. There is plenty of space for your vehicle and a trailer.

Especially appreciated the Keurig supplied with a variety of pods to include Starbucks! Very quite, we did not hear anything. Private as well, entrance via keypad, one need not interact with the family next door. Property is located in a semi-rural setting in a neighborhood with huge homes, 5-10 min from downtown Rexburg.”
Modern suite with shiplap and granite countertops. Stainless fridge, convection microwave and 2 burner cooktop. We do our best to decorate for the seasons and holidays to give it that extra touch. You’ll love staying here with your own private entrance, it is so peaceful and quiet.

The space is a bit small, for those traveling with children, and it can be challenging at times if you plan on staying inside with very young and active children. Playground on site was a life saver, as well as the local animals on the property — huge hit with the kids! Basic necessities are there, and whatever was needed, the owners responded right away and accommodated my needs perfectly. Couldn’t ask for anything more really, especially for the price! Will be staying here again soon.”
Lower level: private area away from the rest of the house, queen sized + 2 single beds, 2 large windows, small bath. Main floor: Additional bath, access to kitchen, laundry and dining area. close to temple and BYU Idaho campus. Shared lounge with TV/DVD. Wifi. Yellowstone Park 1 1/2 hours. comfortable, clean, friendly. Sorry, no pets. Also, We're not authorized housing for BYUI students and friends of students.
