Outside, you’ll have your own private furnished garden and dedicated parking space. In a central location, 20 minutes from everywhere, you’ll have access to country walks, beaches and shopping. Set in the countryside, you will be just a 5 minute drive from St Helier’s town centre. It is recommended you have your own transport.

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

This newly redecorated 2 bedroom apartment is situated in an urban area on the outskirts of St. Helier between La Route de St. Aubin and Victoria Avenue, just a few minutes walk to the beach and only a 15 minute walk to the town center.
