The Potkovica mountain house is located on the Tara mountain, in the village of Zaovine. Located between two lakes, the large Zaovljansko and the small lake Spajici, which can be seen from the gallery and from the terraces. Pokovica has a separate room with a single and French bed, a gallery with a large French bed, an equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a large living room, two large terraces, a wood fireplace and underfloor heating, as well as a barbecue for guests. Sauna and jacuzzi are additionally charged and booked in advance.

Our house is located in the beautiful nature of Zlatibor, surrounded by pine forest and offers a breathtaking view. Zaovine 27 is a holiday house of 91 m2, completely renovated in 2024 perfect for 2 families. It has 3 bedrooms (2 rooms with double beds and 1 larger room with 4 single beds), bathroom and living room with fully equipped kitchen. Outside are large terrace and specious back yard. It is located in a quiet part of the village within 1,6km walking distance from Zaovine lake ideal for swimming and fishing. House is surrounded with numerous hiking and biking trails. Two MTB are free for guests to use.

Our eco house is spread over three levels and a total of 300 m², and can comfortably host up to 8-10 people, with an extra bed for small children. 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful studio overlooking Lake Zaovine. The space accommodates up to four guests and includes a private bathroom and a kitchenette for light meal prep. A shared outdoor kitchen and BBQ area are also available for larger meals. Please note: we do not provide meals. The nearest supermarket is in Mitrovac, about 11 km away and the nearest restaurant about 3km away.

The lodgings are built exclusively of natural materials - wood and stone. They are 50m from the lake, and there is a path to access the lake directly from the yard. In the courtyard there is also a summer house with everything necessary for making barbecue, kettle.... All apartments are physically separated and have their own terraces, kitchens (with everything necessary for preparing food).
