Minsu vacation rentals in Ji’an Township

Jenny is a star host! She met me at the train station at my arrival time. Before we even went to her accommodation, she took me to the bus station and helped me understand some free tour options during my stay. Then offered me a bicycle. Then took me to the beach while she visited with a friend in the area. She offered help and suggestions throughout and even after my stay and even arranged for my ferry tickets to Lanyu and Green islands. The location of the apartment is very good for its proximity to the bus and train stations. Restaurants and cafes easily within walking distance. Definitely I recommend it and Jenny and I would return if I go back to Hualien. Thanks Jenny!

房間地板很乾淨打赤腳也沒問題，有提供洗衣機很方便，雖然停車位沒有保留車位但至少有位置停，沒位子的話附近有國小也可以停車走路五分鐘的距離，彈性時間入住很方便只要找到位置輸入密碼就可以。房東還有熱情介紹好吃的地方讚讚

房源位置不是在熱鬧的地方，雖然都要開車出去沒有到很方便，但是相對的寧靜 很適合4-6人小團體入住 入住期間剛好遇到低溫下雨，所以就買食材回來煮火鍋，大家一起吃飯聊天，很有家的溫馨感 但垃圾桶晚上發現螞蟻很多，所以垃圾都直接包起來放陽台

This place is great for a stay in Hualien. Livia was super nice and helpful, gave a lot of local recommendations and made our stay here amazing.

Very well furnished with quality furniture, impeccably clean and well kept. Functional living spaces for families and groups with large living and dining area. Located on the fourth floor without lifts, so not for those with mobility issues or heavy/large luggage

Perfect for longer stays, the room was very big and spacious and had a window if you wanted to air out the room. The place is above a vegetarian restaurant and very close to a 7eleven and breakfast local breakfast spots. There is a Starbucks about 10mins walk away if you need your morning coffee. The only thing to note is there's no elevator, so we had a little workout carrying heavy suitcases up 3 flights of stairs. Willie was responsive and organised clean up in a timely manner. All in all would recommend, for the price and size of room you are getting a good deal.

環境很棒，房間也乾淨，超多間衛浴且都有乾濕分離，一起洗澡水壓還不會降。 房東人也超好，回覆相當及時，也準備了迎賓點心給我們，超級溫暖。

Wonderful host, she is very kind and welcoming. The home is gorgeous and the surrounding area is easily accessible by foot.
