Wood heating, refrigerator, stove and hot water are functional with propane gas and lights thanks to 12 volt batteries. Skiing, snowshoeing and walking are possible on this 270-acre land. Located in a roundabout near the university and 410. Large semi-basement apartment with large window. No shared rooms, independent outdoor entrance and self exit. Room 2 is locked, open from a reservation of 3 people (you can be 2 and book for 3). We live above and we have two young boys. The large oven no longer works, but there is a mini oven. Parking available. *Parties prohibited
